Ecotermales is a place of relaxation and tranquility. Any disruptive or exaggerated behavior may result in removal from the premises without refund, as the provider reserves the right of admission. This activity is not allowed for individuals under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or for anyone with recent surgeries. Pregnant women should consult their doctor. Other health conditions may also apply, so it’s important to inform us in advance of any concerns. Not allowed: Pets, outside food or beverages, toys, or any items that may disturb other guests. To ensure a smooth experience and quality service for everyone, we kindly ask all guests to arrive on time for their scheduled entry and dining times. If you’re running late, there’s a 15-minute grace period. After that, the team will do their best to reschedule your dining time, depending on availability and logistics. In the event that rescheduling isn’t possible due to occupancy or operational constraints, please note that the meal portion of the service must be canceled without refund.
